SHIPPING POLICY

1. DISPATCH TIME

We know you want to play as soon as possible. That's why we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 PM (GMT) on the same working day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

2. UK SHIPPING

We use Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries to ensure reliability.

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.95 (Free on orders over £50). Estimated delivery 2-3 working days.
• Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £5.95. Estimated delivery 1-2 working days.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship retro magic worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked (3-5 working days).
• Rest of World (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days).

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

4. PACKAGING

We are collectors too. We understand the pain of receiving a crushed box. All items are:

• Wrapped in high-quality bubble wrap.
• Placed in sturdy, crush-proof cardboard boxes (no flimsy envelopes for boxed games!).
• Sealed with secure tape.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel's journey to your doorstep.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

In the rare event that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Risk of Loss: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss or damage to the goods only passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods. We remain responsible for the goods while they are in transit.
